How to Whitelist Our Emails
Ensure our updates and free training reach your inbox! Follow the steps below based on your email provider to whitelist our email.
Step 1: Check Your Inbox
Locate the email we sent you and follow the instructions for your specific device or email service.
iPhone
- Tap the sender’s “From Name” in the email.
- Choose “Create New Contact.”
- Tap “Done” to save.
Android
- Tap the sender’s profile picture.
- Tap the “Add to Contacts” icon.
- Select “Create New Contact.”
- Choose the correct account if you have multiple email addresses.
- Tap the check mark to save.
Gmail
- Open the email in your inbox.
- Hover over the sender’s name.
- Select “Add to contacts” to save the sender.
Tip for Gmail users:
If the email is in your Promotions tab, drag it to your Primary tab. When prompted, confirm that you want future emails to go to Primary.
Apple Mail
- Open the email.
- Click on the sender’s email address at the top.
- Select “Add to Contacts.”
Outlook
- Open the email.
- Right-click “Click here” to download images at the top of the message.
- Select “Add Sender to Safe Sender’s List.”
Yahoo
- Open the email.
- Click on the sender’s email address.
- Click the “…” menu.
- Choose “Add to contacts” and save.
AOL
- Click “Contacts” in the left toolbar.
- Select “New Contact.”
- Add the contact details.
- Click “Add Contact” to save.
Don’t Forget:
Add office@arblackpsych.org to your contacts in your phone and email service provider to ensure you receive all of our important emails.
